How I Work
My aim is to work collaboratively with my clients to support their personal growth. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space to enable you to:
-
explore your identity and your relationships with others,
-
identify what's holding you back in your life,
-
employ tools to help you manage anxiety.
-
at a pace that is comfortable for you.
~ Listen ~ Explore ~ Collaborate ~ Grow ~
