How I Work
My aim is to work collaboratively with my clients to support their personal growth. I provide a confidential, non-judgmental space to enable you to:
  • explore your identity and your relationships with others,
  • identify what's holding you back in your life,
  • employ tools to help you manage anxiety.
  • at a pace that is comfortable for you.

I am a fully qualified, professional psychodynamic counsellor.

In my private practice I offer in person and online sessions, working from a therapy room in Bedford town centre.

Following an enquiry:
  • I offer a free, 10 minute zoom call for us to meet.
  • An initial consultation is one hour, at £55.
  • Regular weekly 50 minute sessions are £60 per session.

I am a registered member of the BACP and my work is bound by their Ethical Framework. I have regular supervision and I am committed to continuous professional development. I have full insurance.

I work integratively, combining my psychodynamic background with a person-centred approach, to help people overcome their fears and move forward with their life more confidently.

I have experience in working with adults of all ages, managing a range of issues, including general anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship and identity problems, coping with terminal illness and bereavement.

I sit on the Board of Trustees for the charity Bedford Counselling and Training.
